If you’re looking to find this book, it is available at a variety of prices ranging from free to as cheap as I could make it. Look around! The ebook version is on all platforms, including kindle, kobo, apple, etc (free on all but amazon, which has a minimum charge to stock ebooks). The price of the paperback varies inexplicably. In Australia try booktopia. In the rest of the world, see what you can find. A friend in Germany just asked their local bookshop to get it for them, which seems charmingly old fashioned.
